Zoey Jane Adler, infant daughter of Lisa Ann Davis & Robert Maurice Adler, of Grants Pass, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Three Rivers Family Birth Center.
Private services will be held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
Zoey Jane is survived by her parents, Lisa Ann Davis & Robert Maurice Adler; a sister, Layla Anne Adler; her maternal grandparents, Mark Davis & Pat Brown and Keena Self & Steve Self; paternal grandparents, Michael Adler & Teresa Adler; and maternal great-grandparents, Sharleen Fairchild and Shirley Miller all of Grants Pass, Oregon.
