Thelma T. Mcallister

Thelma T McAllister died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at home in Seaside, Oregon at the age of 97.

She was born December 12, 1914 in Rupert, Idaho to parents, Guy Raymond Powers and Dorothy Pratt Powers.

On May 2, 1934 she married Claude D. McAllister in Grants Pass, Oregon. Claude preceded her in death on September 14, 2005 at home in Grants Pass.

All of their Children survive, Emma Jean McAllister Gilmore, Claude James McAllister Jr., Byron Bailey McAllister, Dale Leonard McAllister and Lisa Ann McAllister Hanna; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren also survive.

A Funeral service will be held at Hull & Hull Mortuary in Grants Pass, Oregon on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Sparlin Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside her husband. Lance Shoemaker from E. Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness will officiate. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
