Tammy Blind, age 51, of O’Brien, died Friday, May 20, 2016 as a result of an automobile accident in O’Brien. Illinois Valley Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
Tammy was born November 9, 1964 in Cave Junction, Oregon.
She is survived by two daughters, three sons, two grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.
