Sydney Carrol Olds

Born and raised in Grants Pass Oregon, Sydney Carrol Olds passed peacefully in her home of 60 years on February 10th. She was born on April 27th 1941. She worked in banking for 34 years, starting with Southern Oregon State Bank in 1970 and continued in the same building with the Bank of America. In retirement she served on the board and volunteered with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Josephine County. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and friends and going to church.

Survivors include three sons, Patrick and Eric Sanders of Grants Pass and Kristin Sanders of Coos Bay, four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her father Sydney Pyle, her mother Caroline Pyle, a sister Donna Meadows and brothers Dale and Frederick Muskopf.

Arrangements are being handled by Hull and Hull. There will be a private service and she will be interred at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gospel Rescue Mission.
