Ruth Mccrea Oliphant

Ruth McCrea Oliphant, born May 30, 1934, in Shanghai, China, passed from life into eternal life January 26, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded into eternal life by father and mother Truman and Annabelle McCrea, grandson Daniel Oliphant, sister Virginia Ramsey, and daughter-in-law Mary Oliphant. She is survived by husband, George; daughters Jocelyn Milligan and Jeri Rich; sons Jon and Jeff Oliphant, 16 grand children, and 19 great grand children. A memorial service will be held February 2, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at Parkway Christian Center in Grants Pass, Oregon, with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to one of Ruth's favorite charitable organizations: Parkway Missions program, Doctors Without Borders, Disabled American Veterans, or the Salvation Army.
