Ronald Edward Dilday

Ronald Edward Dilday, age 71, of Williams, passed away unexpectedly February 16, 2022 at his home.

Ronald was born May 6, 1950 in Russellville Arkansas, to parents Wade and Alline (Turner) Dilday. Later moved to San Diego California spending his younger years in school and after graduating from High School he served in the United States Army. Ron was Involved in tragic airplane crash July 1971 which left him a paraplegic. After his recovery Ron moved to Williams Oregon, living in the same area for 50 years.

Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Leon Nelson and Gerald Nelson.
Ron is survived by a sister Joan (Kenneth) Gerhan, nephews Kent Gerhan, Brad (Julie) Nelson, Roger Nelson and niece’s Kirsten Gerhan and Mirinda (Erhen) Zimmerman along with many cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life to honor Ron will take place in the spring.
