Patricia Manning, age 88, of Rogue River, died July 14, 2025 at Morrow Heights.

Patricia Manning, born on May 14, 1937, in Beverly, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025, in Morrow Heights. Patricia was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother whose vibrant spirit and dedication to her family profoundly impacted all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Born to an Irish-Italian couple, Patricia was raised in a close-knit family alongside a sister and two brothers. Her journey through life began in Southern New Jersey, where she created lifelong memories before venturing into the Pocono Mountains, then Maryland, and ultimately settling in Southern Oregon.

Patricia met the love of her life while still in high school, and their love story continued to flourish as they married after he bravely returned from serving in the Korean War as a Navy veteran. Together, they built a loving home, raising four sons, including two sets of Irish twins, who were a source of immense pride and joy for Patricia.

Patricia's professional life began as a switchboard telephone operator for Atlantic Bell, a role that showcased her ability to connect with others. Through hard work and determination, she rose to become a supervisor and later transitioned into the medical field, where her compassion and dedication further shone.

Throughout her life, Patricia remained a devoted family member. She is survived by her brother and two sons, whose lives were enriched by her unwavering love. Her legacy continues through her four grandsons, three great grandsons, two granddaughter, four great granddaughters, and two great-great granddaughter, whose smiles and laughter will forever echo her joyous spirit.

As we remember Patricia Manning, we celebrate a remarkable woman whose life was a tapestry of love, service, and family devotion. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
