Patricia Jane "Pat" Isham
Jan 21, 1934 - Jul 27, 2025
Patricia “Pat” Jane Isham peacefully passed away at her home on July 27, 2025 with her daughter by her side. This was her and her husband Bob’s (who passed away May 7th, 2025) 73rd wedding anniversary.
Pat was born to Alex and Ida May Berry in January 21, 1934 in Glendora, California. After the unexpected death of her father at the age of 2, her mother packed up and moved Pat and her siblings to Oregon.
During her senior year at Crater High School, she met the love of her life, Bob Isham. After graduating and knowing each other only a few months, they married July 27, 1952. Bob enlisted in the US Army in September 1952 and they moved to Fort Ord, California where he was stationed. While there she worked various secretarial jobs including the Chamber of Commerce.
When the moved back to Grants Pass in 1955, she worked for Baxter & Company. Over the years she worked for two new bank upstarts, Southern Oregon State Bank and Valley of the Rogue Bank. After their daughter graduated, she obtained her real estate license and began a new career.
When Bob retired in 1985, they bought a 5th wheel trailer and traveled with her sister and her husband all over the west coast. They enjoyed several Alaskan cruises and but visiting casinos was their favorite. They had many adventures during their marriage and made many friends along the way.
Pat also liked to oil paint. She loved old barns and was always snapping pictures of them when they were traveling so she could come home and paint them. She would gift the paintings to friends and relatives but still has a few left hanging in their home.
Even though they only had one child, she was blessed with two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Bob, her two sisters and brother. Pat leaves behind her daughter Kym and husband Kevin, two grandchildren, Kale Woolsey and wife Sara, Kallie Tocher-Woolsey and husband Trent, along with the five great-grandchildren, several cousins, and multiple nieces and nephews.
And, I have to say, she was truly the BEST MOM EVER!
A committal service will be held at 1:00 pm, August 8, 2025 at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
