Nancy Ann McLean, age 68, of Grants Pass died December 9, 2023 at her home.

Born Nancy Ann Rezac on December 12, 1954 in Atkinson, Nebraska to Edward Rezac and Elsie (Gloor). In 1972, Nancy graduated from Grand Island High School in Grand Island, Nebraska.

On March 12, 1977 in Grants Pass, Nancy married Stephen Ace McLean. Stephen passed away February 23, 2019 in Grants Pass. In 1975, Nancy began her career as a Floral Designer at Probst Flower Shop. From 1979 to 1994 Nancy and her family owned and operated Probst.

Nancy and Stephen were foster parents from 1992 to 1999, and were recognized as Josephine County Foster Parents of the Year. Nancy especially enjoyed being a homemaker, knitting, needlework, arts & crafts, and reading. Over the years, Nancy knitted hundreds of stocking caps for babies born at the Family Birth Center. She was a past member of the Emblem Club #444.

Survivors include daughter Amanda McLean Baker of Medford, son Rudy Christoher McLean of New Orleans, Louisiana and daughter Kadee Lou McLean of Grants Pass; grandchildren McKenzie Wilson, Mikah Wilson, Samantha Dickey and Olivia Dickey; sisters Michelle Button of Grants Pass, Susan Ellermeier of Overland Park, Kansas, Jan McDowell of Pheonix, Arizona, and Patty Weaver of Grants Pass.

In addition to her husband, Nancy is preceded in death by her daughter Stephanie Ann McLean in 2015; sister Gloria Hamik, brother John Rezac, and Nancy’s parents.
