Michael Alan Nicholson

Michael Alan Nicholson, age 32, of Jacksonville, died February 18, 2024 at his home. Michael was born January 29, 1992 in Medford, Oregon to parents Keith Nicholson and Kelly Hogan. 

Michael moved from Medford, Oregon to Queen Creek, Arizona after graduating from North Medford High School. In 2019 he moved to Applegate, Oregon.  

He enjoyed fishing, golfing, sports of all kinds, loving his animals and friends. He grew up at the skatepark videotaping all his friends skating. 

Michael was preceded in death by sister Brianna Rogers; aunt Sonia Nicholson; grandfathers Larry Walters and Gene Thompson; great-grandmothers Marge Lifto and Lorraine Connick. 

He is survived by father Keith Nicholson; mother and stepfather Kelly Hogan and Jeff Hogan; grandparents Candace Byrd, Gene Thompson, Louise Nicholson, and Keith Nicholson Sr.; sisters Brittnee Thompson and Alyssa Hogan; brother Tyler Hogan; aunts Dana Macy, Janelle Nicholson, and Jennifer Thompson; and uncle Damien Racataian.
