Michael "Mike" Short

Michael “Mike” Short, age 58, of Cave Junction, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at his home.

Mike was born August 4, 1957 in Lodi, California to Robert & Shirley (Drake) Short. He grew up in the Stockton, California area. He primarily worked in construction. He moved from Stockton to Cave Junction seven years ago.

He enjoyed cooking and caring for his family.

Survivors include his mother, Shirley Short of Cave Junction; brother, Gregory “Terry” Short of Cave Junction; and sister, Candace Marshall of Stockton, California.

No services are planned. Illinois Valley Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
