Mathew Frederick Wolf, infant son of Michael & Jamie Wolf of Glendale, died Friday, January 30, 2009 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.
Private interment will be at Glendale Memorial Cemetery. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
Mathew was born January 30, 2009 in Grants Pass.
In addition to his parents, Michael & Jamie (Bridge) Wolf; he is survived by two sisters, Sadie Rose Wolf and Emily Renae Wolf; and grandparents, Terrence & Florence Wolf and Butch & Brenda Bridge all of Glendale.
