Mary Andrea Truelove, 56, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Redwood Country Church. Arrangements are with Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
