Marion Kay Merrick

Marion Kay (Hatch) Merrick, age 70, of Grants Pass, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at her home.

Marion was born June 5, 1947 in Grants Pass to Linden & Freda Hatch. Her maternal grandparents donated their home to the Rogue River Elementary School for their use and they in turn donated it to the historical society and is now the Woodville Museum in Rogue River.

Survivors include two daughters, Connie Avery of Norfolk, Virginia and Candice Currier of Grants Pass, Oregon; siblings, Marilyn and Margo of Idaho, Martha of New Mexico, Guy of Rogue River, Oregon; Mae and Pamela of Montana, and Richard of Washington.

She was preceded in death by her Son Randy, her parents; a brother, Larry and a sister, Della.

A celebration of life will be held at 9671 Monument Drive, Grants Pass, Oregon, on November 10, 2017 at 5:00 PM. We are having a Potluck Picnic and Bonfire.
