Kathryn Marie “Katie” Tomchak, age 55, of Grants Pass, passed away May 15, 2021 in Grants Pass.
Katie was born in 1966 in Roseburg and grew up in Grants Pass. She attended Grants Pass High School and was an active member of the award-winning GPHS Marching Band.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Kristin Nicole.
She is survived by her parents; two older brothers, and her sister.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate her life is planned for a future date.
