Julia L. Bagley

Julia Lee Bagley, age 90, of Rogue River, died January 22, 2026 at her home.

Julia was born March 31,1935 in LaPorte, Indiana. In 1953 she graduated from New Carlisle High School. In 1954 she married Jack Scherer and together had two children Jackie and James. The family moved to southern California in 1956. After a divorce, Julia later married Dewey Bagley on February 1,1969 and moved from Santa Ana to southern Oregon that same year.

Julia was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking and making cards.

She is survived by five children Jackie Huston, Deborah Jiles, Steven Bagley, Linda Bagley and James Scherer and their spouses; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Her husband Dewey and a grandchild preceded her in death.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
