Jack Eugene Gamby, age 77, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Three Rivers Community Hospital after an ATV accident.
A service will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 22, 2010 at Hull & Hull Chapel with Pastor Mark Skudstad officiating. Private interment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
Jack was born August 29, 1932 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Charles & Fern Gamby. He was proud to have served in the United States Air Force.
Jack was a wonderful and loving husband, father, and human being. He was an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and river guide.
Survivors include his wife of three years, Nancy Gamby of Grants Pass; five children, Bruce Gamby, Doug Gamby, Wayne Gamby, Linda Benson, and Melissa Brashears all of Grants Pass; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his life-long love and wife, Ruth Virginia Gamby on April 7, 2002.
He will be dearly missed.
