Grace Ann Fitzpatrick was a wonderful beautiful lady she was a mother and also a grandmother she was loved by everyone around her. Her birthday was on May 7th 1943. She was a great funny person to be around I learned over the years my grandma always had a great sense of humor she was a character that’s for sure. When I was little she would take me in the golf cart to go pick blackberries so we could make the best blackberry cobbler in the world my grandma knew how to cook.

She always kept her house clean and organized and her and my grandpa would work together as a team to build a beautiful future and house where my grandma would always do the yard work but they always had a project they would be working on around the house together. She loved her plants they were all very well taken care of she even had a garden full of fruits and vegetables like grapes and strawberries zucchini and squash all kinds of different fruits and vegetables. She would take me during the evening right when the sun would go down so we would see the beautiful sunset together she would take me to feed the horses that were her neighbors and my grandma also had a dog she had lots of dogs in the past before I was born but the dog that her and my grandpa had was named Katie that I grew up around and she was the best dog my grandparents spoiled her so much. In 2019 I gave my grandma and grandpa a dog my grandma named him Buddy she loved him very much she would tell me every time I would come visit her how he is the best thing that has ever happened to her. Me her granddaughter grace mortensen and her 2 grandsons Anthony mortensen and Zack are very thankful that we even got to meet her and we thank her for our memories her and my grandpa gave us.

They were both the best grandparents in the world. We got very lucky with them that’s for sure. We will always be grateful for having such a beautiful unique lady in our lives she was very talented she loved painting and doing arts and crafts. Grace Fitzpatrick also loved going on trips with my grandpa Art Fitzpatrick like camping sometimes or enjoying their mornings together they both had a great and successful life that they both worked very hard for. Grace Fitzpatrick has shown me so much over the years I love her with all my heart and she loved us very much their was always a big smile on her face when we walked in the door when we would come and visit with her she loved when we would come over because she would have someone to talk to and visit with. She will be very missed she was wonderful beautiful person. And I was very blessed to be named after her it’s funny because when we would be in the same room together and someone would say our name we would both look up. I believe that my grandma is in a better place now maybe somewhere with my grandpa because they loved each other so much they will be very missed but they will forever be in our hearts.
