A viewing will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Brookhurst Building in Medford, Oregon.
A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.
A committal service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass, Oregon.
