Frederic William Kuhlmann III, age 81, of Los Angeles, California died February 5, 2026.
Frederic was born July 22, 1944 in Long Beach, California. From August 1963 he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge in July 1966. After the war, he returned to live in Southern California.
Frederic was preceded in death by his parents Frederic William Kuhlmann and Barbara June (Howe) Kuhlmann.
Survivors include two sisters, Connie Kuhlmann MacGregor (Don) and Louise Kuhlmann Neiland (Larry); nephews and nieces Scott MacGregor (Nikki), Heidi MacGregor Drudge (Darrin), Nathan MacGregor, Joel Neiland (Rachel), and Joanna Neiland Caldera (Arturo); grandnephews and nieces Katie MacGregor, Brodie MacGregor, Hannah Drudge Gordon (Zack), Daria Neiland Pratt (Ben), Kharis Neiland and Zane Caldera; and two great-grandnieces Oakley and Oraya.
Private committal services with military honors will be at Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point, Oregon.
