Elana Marie Yochelson, infant daughter of Dylan Schafer-Yochelson & Nina Yochelson of Grants Pass, died March 30, 2019 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister Kylie Thompson; and many grandpas and grandmas.
