Dorann “Nan” (Fuller) Harlow, age 86, of Rogue River, went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2026.
Dorann was born February 21, 1940 in Freedom, California to parents Albert & Bernice Scarpino. In 1959, she married Cecil Fuller and in 1968 the family moved from San Jose, California to Rogue River where they owned and operated the Exxon Service Station. She also worked as a beloved Avon Lady for decades.
After Cecil’s death in 1998, Dorann married Bob Harlow. Together they started their own painting business and enjoyed many years traveling and exploring until Bob preceded her in death in 2023.
Dorann especially enjoyed gardening and farming; attending yard sales; making people smile; cooking and feeding others; making and selling jewelry; attending Rooster Crow festivals; and reminiscing with family photos. She loved spending time with her family. She also liked to talk on the C.B. radio with her handle of “Banty Hen” because she was small, feisty and a great protector of her boys. She enjoyed making people smile and she always had a smile on her face, even during the rough patches of life and always willing to help others in their time of need.
Dorann is survived by three sons William “Bill” Fuller of Azalea, Jerry Fuller of Rogue River, and Brad (Jackie) Fuller of Merlin; 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
In addition to her parents and her first and second husbands; she was preceded in death by her siblings Robert Scarpino, Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Hall, Carol Strong, and Ginger Cuffney;
No public services are planned.
