Donnie Lennen

"Donnie," Donald Eugene Lennen, 42, of Cave Junction, left too soon on Nov. 7, 2021.

He was born Feb. 20, 1979, with a free spirit and a compassionate heart.

He is survived by his two children, David and Casey Lennen; longtime companion, Kris Bridgeman; his five brothers; stepfather, Chipper; ex-wife, Amy Lennen, and an abundance of close friends and family.

He was a loving father and a warm-hearted friend. He was passionate about gardening, gold panning, cooking, and spending time with his loved ones. He held sentimental value in his collections of coins, precious stones, repurposed items, and comical T-Shirts. His call to the universe and sense of adventure encompassed his soul. Sunrises, sunsets, and moments of stillness rejuvenated his spirit and brought him comfort and peace. Donnie’s witty humor and blunt honesty consoled others and encouraged them to be confident and genuine. His lifestyle and words of wisdom continue to inspire and uplift those he loved. His gentle and playful nature will live on through all of us. As he said, “It is what it is” so “I’ll do it tomorrow.”
