David J. Kendall
November 7, 1946 – February 6, 2024

David J. Kendall was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota on November 7, 1946, to Bill and Joyce Kendall. He grew up in Princeton, Minnesota, and graduated from Princeton High School in 1964. Known for his love of sports and active participation in school events, he enjoyed activities such as track, baseball, and theatre productions where he showcased his talents in acting and singing. David had a natural gift for mentoring and guiding younger individuals throughout his life.

Following his high school graduation, David pursued higher education before dedicating four years to serving his country in the United States Air Force. In May 1966, he married Donna Bergmann and together they welcomed their children Tammy (Kendall) Moore and Sean Kendall into the world.

One of David’s notable achievements was establishing his own land surveying business – Precision Measuring Systems. Starting from humble beginnings in a spare bedroom at home, the business flourished under his guidance and soon became the largest of its kind in the upper Midwest region. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication were evident as he successfully sold and repaired land surveying equipment.

David is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Donna; his daughter Tammy Moore and son-in-law Kim Moore; his son Sean Kendall; his grandson David Moore; and his sister Christine (Kendall) Harman.

His loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ brings solace as he embarks on his journey to his Heavenly Home.
