Dave was born in Moorpark, California.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Wangeman of Grants Pass; four children Judy (Paul) Caskey of Scottsdale, Arizona, Steven (Susan) Wangeman of Fontana, California, Cathy (Mike) Wangeman of Grants Pass and Jeanne (Howard) Brown of Grants Pass; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
