Carlos H. Pierson

Carlos H. Pierson, age 82, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Carlos was born December 21, 1928 in Placerville, California and was raised there. He served in the United States Navy for four years. He worked as a butcher in grocery stores. In 1974 he moved to Oregon. For 26 years he lived in Cave Junction before moving to Grants Pass two years ago. He was a Mason.

Survivors include a son, Ken J. Pierson of Grants Pass, Oregon; three daughters, Carla Frazer of Placerville, California, Leslie Piersen of Bend, Oregon, and Dana Moore of Myrtle Creek, Oregon; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
