Carlina "CeCe" Shelton

Carlina "CeCe" Chevonne Shelton, 43, passed away after an extended illness on May 23, 2025. She was born in Oxnard, California, on April 12, 1982.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Barbara and William Butler; and nine children.
