Carl B. Jacobson Jr, age 74, of Cave Junction, died February 25, 2018 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center.
A viewing will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2018 at Illinois Valley Funeral Directors.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Kerby Belt Building, 24311 Redwood Highway, Kerby.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Laurel Cemetery in Cave Junction.
