Ann Lutman

Margaret Anna “Ann” Lutman passed peacefully surrounded by her children in Grants Pass, Oregon on April 8, 2026.

Born in Hillsboro, Oregon on August 5, 1944 to Keith & Bobbie Dangerfield, Ann graduated from Grants Pass High School, got married and began her family.

In addition to being a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Ann was a proficient hunter and gardener. She preserved the food she grew, always willing to pass down her knowledge to those who asked, and happy to send you home with a jar of jam or syrup when you left her house. She was also an excellent seamstress, who created clothes for her children, and altered garments for multiple generations of our family. Ann’s entire life was centered around providing love and care to her family.

Ann is survived by her brother Michael (Peggy); her children Keith, Terrie, Tammie (Bill), and Gene (Angie); grandchildren Andrew, Sarah, Lindsay, Samuel, Raymond, Brandon, Michael, Thomas, Matthew, and Brittney; and great-grandchildren Layla, Owen, Amelia, Vayda, Ayden, Liam, Koa, Koleka, Kailani, Ellie, and Phoenix.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jonathan.

A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., April 24, 2026 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
