Aaron Searles

Aaron N. Searles, 31, of Grants Pass, Oregon passed away on November 30, 2025. Aaron was born in 1993 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He spent his early childhood in Greenwood, Indiana and enjoyed traveling with his family, riding bikes, and exploring outside with neighborhood friends. Aaron was a born animal lover, and his love grew with his first cats, brothers Cupcake and Red Alert. As he got older, Aaron expressed an interest in art and music and was often seen drawing or playing drums. Aaron had an amazing sense of humor and often had those around him in laughter with his unique clever observations.

In adulthood, Aaron earned an Associate's degree at Ivy Tech and turned his love of animals into a career, working at the Johnson County Animal Shelter in Franklin, Indiana. Aaron then put his career on hold to take care of his mother, Kelli, during her battle with cancer before moving to Oregon. He loved his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Aaron was preceded in death by his mother Kelli, and grandparents, Clyde, Anna, Rita, and Larry. He is survived by his father, Mark, sister, Sam, Grandmother Ellen, and his beloved cats, Ledo and Korra.
