Aaron Lionel Jensen

Aaron Lionel Jensen, born June 6, 1972, in Grants Pass, Oregon, passed away peacefully at the age of 53 in Medford, Oregon, on May 26, 2026.

Aaron is survived by his partner, Laurie Houston, with whom he shared 33 years and a lifetime of memories. He raised his children in the Illinois Valley and worked as a heavy equipment operator at Barlow Rock.

Aaron loved fishing, gold mining, listening to rock and roll music, watching country westerns, and spending time with his partner, children, and grandchildren. He had a deep faith in Jehovah God and found comfort in that faith throughout his life.

Aaron was known for his sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. He will always be remembered for the love he had for his children, grandchildren, family, and dear friends.

Aaron leaves behind his partner, Laurie Houston; his sons, Trent Jensen and Daniel Houston; his daughters, Carly Jensen and Sarah Houston; and his beloved grandchildren, Isabella, Natalia, Brayden, Kalee Anna, and Jarred.

He was preceded in death by his father, J. Jensen; his mother, Margie Jensen; his brother, Nathan Jensen; his sister, Nora Barlow; and his son, Jarred Houston.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
