Virginia May Bostic

March 19, 1916 — November 11, 2008

Virginia May Bostic, age 92, of Grants Pass, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at her home in Grants Pass.

She will be buried at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton, California. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Virginia was born on March 19, 1916 in San Bernardino, California to Roselyn and Edward Bussey.
She graduated from San Bernardino High School and received a B.A. degree from U.C.L.A. She worked as a interior decorator after graduation and later as an art teacher. Virginia moved to Grants Pass in 1990 with her sister Dayle to be close to her family. She made many friends at the Friendship Club, the A.A.U.W. and the Unitarian Universalist Church of which she was a long time member.

Virginia was an avid reader and enjoyed playing bridge, loved her garden and making flower arrangements and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son Paul and his wife Diane of Grants Pass, grandson Joshua and granddaughter Cheri, and four great grandchildren.

Her daughter Vicki died before her.
