Virginia Ingham Andrade

Virginia Andrade, one of the Rogue Valley’s best-known abstract expressionist artists for the past three decades, died at her Grants Pass home on Sunday, March 26, 2023. She was 93.

Andrade is survived by her husband Richard Andrade, three sons, Mark Carman and his wife Melissa Carman of Hillsboro, Ore; Stanley J. Carman and his wife Delores Carman of Renton, Wash; and Chris Carman and his wife Kimberly Carman of Oregon City; her stepdaughter Christy Andrade and her husband Rick Crowder of San Diego; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A private family celebration of life will be held on a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Women’s Crisis Support Team, Grants Pass.
