Donna Lee was born in Tacoma, Washington June 21, 1940. Troy Wayne Whitfield was born in Harts Camp, Texas June 23, 1930. Both Wayne & Donna had distinguished careers with Lockheed Martin where they met and fell in love. Then upon retirement, they choose O’Brien, Oregon to be their Wildrose Paradise. Together they were very active in the O’Brien Community and dedicated much of their time serving in the things that were meaningful to them such as, The Lions Club and partnering with local folks just living life together.

Wayne had an amazing voice that captured audiences at the local McGrews Restaurant, Yuma, Tombstone Arizona and many RV Parks in between. Donna also had a great love for singing (which she got from her son Tony) and performed along with Wayne bringing back those old swoony songs of the past. Together they were truly a delight to people wherever they went. Donna never met a stranger and Wayne never loved a woman as truly as he did Donna.

Donna Lee is survived by daughter Machelle Lee and son Tony Wayne, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and one more on the way. Donna is also survived by her brothers Al Morgan and Pat Morgan as well as her step-mother in Crescent City Mille Morgan.

Wayne Whitfield is survived by son Larry Wayne Whitfield, Daughter Sherry Ann Surra, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Wayne is also survived by his sisters Wanda Morgan and Lodell Tabor and brother Wendell Whitfield.
They are a beautiful love story with a happy ending in the presence of Christ.
