Susan Kay Debre

Susan Kay DeBre, age 58, of Rogue River, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

She was born September 1, 1951 in Medford, Oregon. In 1969 she graduated from Madera High School in California. She worked as a precision machinist for many years. In 1991 Susan was in a severe automobile accident and no longer able to work. She lived in the Caribbean and Florida before moving to Rogue River.

She has traveled to many places in the world. She was an avid boater, scuba diver, and fisherman.

An interesting point was that at the moment that Mt. St. Helens erupted in 1980, Susan and her family were standing on the edge Mt Soufreire, an active volcano in the Caribbean.

Survivors include her husband, Greg DeBre of Rogue River and a daughter, Colin DeBre of Fresno, California.

All will miss her.
