Robert L Richardson

Robert L. Richardson, age 76, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Calvary Lutheran Church with Pastor Dave Johnsen officiating. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 31 W 6th Street, Medford Oregon 97501.

Robert was born October 23, 1936 in Danville, Illinois. He served in the United States Army and was stationed two years in Germany. Robert was a retired car salesman. He moved from Upland, California to Grants Pass 15 years ago.

He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church.

He volunteered at his church and over the years was involved with many things in the community. He enjoyed teaching fishing to school age children and loved to work with wood and building things.

Survivors include a daughter, Heidi Hughes, formerly of Upland, California and now Grants Pass; a brother, Jack Lane of Branson West, Missouri and three grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Bonita Richardson and a daughter Cindy Lougee.
