Nancy M (Carver) Dennis, age 60, of Grants Pass, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 25, 2007 in Grants Pass, Oregon.

After a private family gathering, her cremated remains will be transferred, fulfilling her wishes to rest eternally with her mother in Ohio.

Nancy was born in Middletown, Ohio February, 2, 1947 to Carl and Beulah Carver who preceded her in death. She attended Middletown High School. She was a well known manager and hairdresser at Beauty Nook in Middletown for 11 years and later worked at the Cincinnati Electro Systems in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1985 until 1991. In 1995, after the death of her mother, she moved from Middletown, Ohio to Grants Pass. She worked for Corvette’s Caf from 1996 to 1999.

She loved the outdoors, especially the ocean beaches, water skiing and other water sports and working in the yard, camping, flower gardening. She loved the scenic views of Oregon and she is family oriented. She is a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and best friend to all that met her. She will be with us always.

She is survived by a daughter, Dana Mongar of Hugo; two sons, Ron (Cindy) Howard of Trenton, Ohio and Dusty (Michelle) Dennis of Hugo, Oregon; sisters, Patricia (Charles) Byrd of Franklin, Ohio, Marilyn (Thom) Spence of Trenton, Ohio and Carla (Gary) Cole of Carlisle, Ohio; Grandchildren, Zachary, Gatlin, Jessyca, Zane, Cassie, Kylee, and Zoey; and her close four legged friend, Cookie.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by an infant son, Jody in 1968.
