Madeline Jobe

Madeline “Jo” Jobe, age 71, of Grants Pass, died February 18, 2021 at her home.

Jo was born May 3, 1949 in Dalhart, Texas. She was a cashier by trade and volunteered as an EMT for the Cascade Locks FPD. In 2020 she moved from Portland to Grants Pass.

Jo loved arts and crafts and was very good at making dream catchers and beautiful beaded earrings. She loved horseback riding in her younger years. An animal lover, she has five cats and one dog.

Survivors include brother George Pulis; son Anthony Horton and wife Kristine Ankeney-Horton; daughter Leah Kortz; and son James Jobe II and wife Deseree Jobe all of Grants Pass, Oregon; grandson Aaron Christopher and granddaughter Mia Ankeney-Robins and husband Alex Robins all of Vancouver, Washington; grandson Johnathan Fowler-Warren of Grants Pass, Oregon, Alex Stewart and Samantha Stewart of Hood River; and great-granddaughter Alice Robins of Vancouver, Washington, Justice Champion and Balee Champion of Hood River.
