Lorna Marion "Bobbie" Hanhart

Lorna was born April 8, 1941 to George & Margaret Smith in Vancouver BC Canada. The family moved to the California when she was eight years of age. She became a citizen of the U.S. when she was 13 years old. She graduated from San Lorenzo High School and went to work for Lucky Stores.

Bobbie loved dancing and attended the dances at the White Hat Club in Alameda Naval Station, where she met her future husband, Carl. They were married September 17, 1960.
They moved to Oregon in 1966 were they still live.

She worked in the school system as a cook and retired in 2005.Together they raised champion quality rabbits for 50 years. She was a life member of National Rabbit Breeders Association and Oregon League of Rabbit Breeders. Together they showed throughout the Pacific Northwest and won many awards.

Bobbie loved gardening, flower beds, and her family.

She is survived by husband Carl, son Douglas of Redmond WA, daughter Victoria of Grants Pass, grandson Justin of Grants Pass, and granddaughter Emily of Redmond WA.
