Larry Sullivan, age 81, of Grants Pass, Oregon, died on Thursday, April 25th, 2019 at his home.
Larry was born July 22, 1937, in American Falls, Idaho. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1956 to 1959 aboard the USS Gilligan and later the USS Benner as a radio communication specialist.
Larry worked in the lumber industry, later as salesman for Agnew Environmental Products and then retired as the warehouse manager for PML Forest Products (Hambro Industries).
Larry had a love for trains and antiquing, yard sales, garage sales, and estate sales. He was a great teacher and mentor to his children, passing along life knowledge through their adulthood.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Marrolyn Sullivan in 2018. Survivors include his two sons Byron Sullivan of West Linn Oregon and Tim Sullivan of Medford Oregon, Brothers Jerry Sullivan of Rogue River Oregon and Dan Nichols of Oklahoma; and three grandchildren Logan, Cade and Matthew Sullivan.
A graveside service will be at 1 PM, Friday, May 10, 2019 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
