Jillian L. Roeh

Jillian L. Roeh, age 73, of Grants Pass, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at her home.

Private services will be held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Jill was born June 29, 1939 in China to Dorothy & Edmund Hewitt and came to the United States before World War II. In 1976 she moved from North Carolina to Grants Pass. She was formerly employed with H&R Block and Radio Shack, and was a self-employed investor. In May 1983 she married Richard Roeh. She attended Rogue Community College to receive an Associate’s Degree in Business.

Jill spent her life dedicated to family. Her days were spent raising and helping her children, grandchildren, cousins, and extended family.

She especially loved to read.

In addition to her husband, Richard W. Roeh of Grants Pass, Oregon; she is survived by three children, Thad Phillips of Anchorage, Alaska, Mark Phillips of Palmer, Alaska, and Catherine Marchal of Salem, Oregon; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
