James H. Lee

James H. Lee, age 69, of Grants Pass, died Monday, July 18, 2011 at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life will be at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 24, 2011 at The Black Forest Restaurant. Friends and Family are all welcome. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

James was born January 9, 1942 in Dunsmuir, California to Ophel & Marjorie Lee. Later he moved to Ashland, Oregon where he graduated from high school. After high school he joined the National Guard. After being honorably discharged, he worked for Western Auto and later worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for 25 years. He moved from Ashland to Grants Pass 30 years ago. In 1990 in Reno, Nevada he married Delores Fattig.

He volunteered for Josephine County Sheriffs Office Volunteer Unit.

Survivors include his wife, Delores Lee of Grants Pass; two sons, Jim Lee Jr. of Shady Cove, Oregon and Mark Lee of Grants Pass; a daughter, Brandy Lee of Medford, Oregon; a stepson, Glen Householder of Selma, Oregon; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents Othel & Marjorie Lee and a brother, Clint Lee.
