Henry B. Sells

Henry B. Sells “Sonny”, age 74, of Grants Pass, died Monday, December 14, 2009 at his son’s home.

No services are planned at his request. In June 2010 a gathering of family and close friends will be held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

He was born November 29, 1935 in Corning, Arkansas. As a young man, he moved to Coquille, Oregon and graduated from Coquille High School. After high school, he married Betty White and they later divorced. He later moved from Huntington, Oregon to Grants Pass. He married Audrey Davidson and they later divorced. Over the years, he worked for Coquille Plywood, Custom Plywood, and Southwest Forest Products, and as a horselogger.

His hobbies included bowling, hunting, working on cars, and being surrounded by family and friends.

Survivors include four children, Vicki Evola of Everett, Washington, Laurinda Sells, Larry Sells, and Aaron Sells all of Grants Pass; a sister, Lois Mosley, Pat Rupe, and Leah Fritz; a brother, Gary Sells; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Sells.
