George R. Pierce, age 78, of Marysville, Washington, died Friday, May 31, 2019 at Fortress Adult Family Home in Marysville.
He was born June 13, 1940 in Spokane, Washington to George and Margaret (Bowerman) Pierce. George was raised in Seattle and joined the Navy from 1962 - 1966. In 1971 he married Sherry Ellen (Kinnear) Roth in Seattle, Washington.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Sherry Pierce of Marysville, WA; four children; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
