Fred William Tokash Sr, aka Big Daddy

NASCAR and Baseball fan and the man who single handedly made Frito Lay the company it is today by his constant and frequent munching, fell asleep on April 13, 2017.

He will be remembered for having a “unique” fashion sense much to his wife and daughter’s horror and regularly was stopped before going out in public and redirected. We apologize for not always succeeding.

The best and wisest decision he ever made was cruising down the road and spotting, courting and marrying Patricia in 1959 and convincing her to spawn two children Fred Tokash Jr of New York and Shanna of Selma. He took full credit for being a great role model and was proud of being “Big Daddy” to them.

Preceded in death by his mom and dad, Gladys & Louis and two sisters, Jolan and Louise and sweet niece, Desiree.

Leaves two grandchildren, Nicole & Cade and four great-grandchildren all of Texas.

Special thanks to his “adopted” son Mark, Nancy, Uncle Ralph, Dennis and Dusty Johnston, Bob, Kenny and J.D. and our special hospice nurse, Tiffany and dog, Kiowa.
