Frankie Rose Bailey

October 31, 1927 — May 16, 2018

Frankie Rose Bailey, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt.

Frankie was born October 31, 1927 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She had many interesting journeys throughout her life.

She became a very successful Boston Terrier dog trainer and breeder in Southern California. Several of her dogs starred in television series and Hollywood movies in the 1950’s and 1960’s. A popular series was Wagon Train with the actors Ward Bond and Eddie Albert. Bobby Darin and Sandra Dee starred in the movie “If a Man Answers” with Frankie on set giving the dog hand signals as to what to do. Frankie retired from that in the late 1960’s and moved to Grants Pass, Oregon in the 1970’s. She became a real estate broker, starting her own real estate company North Star Realty.

Retiring in the 1980’s, she became very active in the motor home scene; loving the traveling and meeting new people. Fishing was a favorite pastime, as well as golfing.
She enjoyed life to the fullest and will be missed by all.

God Bless Frankie Bailey
