Frank Gibson

Frank Gibson, age 70, of Grants Pass, died May 20, 2019 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Frank was born June 26, 1948 in Grants Pass to M.L. Hoot & Adeline Gibson. At age 15 he started working as a driver for Pat’s Sanitation. Frank married and had four children before later divorcing. Over the years he worked for various logging companies, owned his own company, and lastly worked for Steve Self Logging and John R. Wood Logging as a watchman.

Frank enjoyed metal fabrication and woodworking.

Survivors include four children Russell A. Gibson of Grants Pass, Anastacia Perkins and Stephen Gibson both of Dolan Springs, Arizona, and Vanessa Naylor of Grants Pass; a sister Linda Fladoos of Camas, Washington; two brothers Russell E. Gibson of Grants Pass and Phillip Ernest Gibson of Gold Hill; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister Patty Jones in 2016.

Family services will be held.
