Elaine Mcfarland

Elaine McFarland, 81, of Grants Pass, Oregon, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021. Her husband, Bob McFarland, and daughter, Cindy MacArthur, were with her when she died.

Elaine was born in Taft, CA, October 14, 1939, but was raised in Muleshoe, TX, and loved to make sure everyone knew she was a proud Texan from Muleshoe!

Elaine loved to travel, spend time with friends, and visit family. Even though she was legally blind, she was always up for a fun trip and meeting new people. Elaine and Bob were married for 36 wonderful years and between them had four children and six grandchildren.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Bob “Mac” McFarland; son, Brad Davis of Wichita, KS; daughter, Cindy MacArthur of Ventura, CA; stepson, Todd McFarland of Anchorage, AK; stepdaughter, Shelle Shaw of Anchorage, AK; and grandchildren, Madison Davis of Wichita, Connor and Katie MacArthur of Ventura, Jayce Callahan of Anchorage, and Sutton and Kenley Kowalski of Anchorage; and brother, Archie Evans of Poteau, OK.
