Bonnie was born August 3, 1944, in Grants Pass, Oregon, to Lee and Elsie Hoylman. She was the second of two children. She was a member of the first class of South Middle School, the class in charge of choosing the mascot. She graduated from Grants Pass High School in 1962, and then attended the Medford Beauty School. In 1965, she married Eddie Williams, and they had two children together before divorcing in 1977. In 1978, Bonnie married Clyde Moak, who died in 1981.

In the mid 1960’s, Bonnie worked for House of Beauty in Grants Pass. She was a perfectionist, and was very proud to be a hairdresser. In the late 1970’s, she began working for Hensley & Gibbs as a machinist, which lasted until 1999. During her work with Hensley & Gibbs, she went on several company trips to Hawaii. She found great joy in each trip. In November of 2000, she began working for Fairview Transitional Health Center as a courtesy aide. She loved her work, regardless of the job. She cared for and loved the residents at Fairview like friends.
Bonnie lived alone with her three dogs, Tippy, Ellie, and Rocco. She enjoyed their company during the evenings after work. She recently bought a Jeep Liberty, her first new car in over 20 years, which brought her great pleasure to drive.

She enjoyed Hawaii, Elvis, crocheting, reading, her work, her friends, her family, and being a grandmother.

Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Harris, and a son, Rodney Williams, both of Grants Pass; three granddaughters, Leanna Cowger, Emily Kirkman, and Danielle Harris, all of Grants Pass; and five grandsons, Samuel Harris, Andrew Harris, Richard Harris Jr., Elijah Harris, and Jonathan Harris, all of Grants Pass. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Hoylman.
