Born April 29th, 1933, to Arthur and Minnie Hite in Enid, Oklahoma, along with two brothers and three sisters. She met her loving husband, Delbert, of sixty years at a softball game and was then married December 10th, 1950. As a United States Airforce wife & homemaker, she raised two boys, William and Phil. Stationed at four air bases, before making Travis Airforce base their home until retirement. They were living in Saudi Arabia when they became grandparents in 1982. Betty and Delbert retired to Rogue River, Oregon in 1989, making it their final home. Betty became a great grandmother in 2008. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, New Beginnings Christian Center, and Coffee Break bible study. She was an avid bowler, accomplished seamstress, and loved sharing her stories of travelling the world.

Preceded in death by her husband, Delbert; son, William(Kathleen); grandson, Craig; and great-grandson, Jameson.
Survived by her son, Phil; grandson, Thomas(Tara); granddaughter, Caitlin; and great-grandchildren, Trinity, Barrett, and Americus.

Service will be held on Saturday August 28, 2021 at 11:00AM at New Beginnings Christian Center, 270 W Evans Creek Rd Rogue River OR 97537.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to be made in Betty's name to New Beginnings Christian Center, PO Box 1255 Rogue River OR 97537.
